• We will discuss the different neighborhoods, your budget, schools, commute time, renting vs. buying, lenders and even the best restaurants.
• My approach is one on one and personal. I know that your schedule is busy, so I am available anytime to address any concerns you might have so that you can make an informed decision.
2: Touring:
• Do you need a real estate tour before you decide to move? Finding the right neighborhood can be challenging and time consuming.
• I am often asked to conduct a preliminary tour so that you can learn about the different and diverse areas before you decide to sign an employment contract.
3: Rent or Purchase?
• This decision is often based on your previous knowledge of Los Angeles. Most people who have never lived in Los Angeles prefer to rent first. Not a problem. Let’s find you a perfect rental.
• Should you prefer to purchase quickly, let us discuss the different avenues available to you by getting you fully pre-approved first.
• Are you concerned about paying a commission? Any compensation comes from the sellers or landlords.
4: Moving:
• You have decided to move, now what? I can introduce you to:
◦ a professional organizing company to assist you with unpacking
your home once you arrive in Los Angeles.
◦ a school counselor who can assist you find the right schools
for your children.
◦ an insurance broker to get your rental/home insurance and
your car’s coverage in place.
◦ the right lender to get you fully pre-approved.
